NetSuite is a Saas, multi-tenant product founded in 1998. The true cloud product has over 24,000 customers in 203 countries, and translations in over 20  languages.

Intacct is one of the leading accounting software programs up against NetSuite, founded in 1999. This product is primarily an accounting solution, with no out-of-box capabilities or suite offerings. Intacct has 12,000 customers and supports the English language only.

NetSuite is not just an accounting software. The true cloud product offers NetSuite CRM, which has traditional CRM capabilities such as SFA, customer service management and marketing automation. Beyond that, NetSuite CRM delivers quotes, order management, commissions, sales forecasting, and integrated ecommerce capabilities. NetSuite also provides an ecommerce solution that unifies ecommerce with finance and accounting. SuiteSuccess for SuiteCommerce provides a full featured online store that can be launched in 30 days. With regards to human resources, NetSuite SuitePeople securely weaves people data throughout the Suite, giving business complete control over their core HR processes. NetSuite also offers financial planning services- NetSuite Planning and Budgeting Cloud Services. NetSuite PBCS enables quick adoption of world-class financial planning and budgeting across lines of businesses with flexible and customizable deployment options. Intacct requires third party applications for CRM, Omnichannel eCommerce, Human Capital Management, and Financial Planning.

Intacct support is only available 6am-6pm PST. NetSuite has a dedicated AMO group, specializing in specific vertical expertise along with Advanced Customer Support (ACS) offerings. Intacct has a limited account management organization and no form of advanced support.
