NetSuite provides seamless, automatic upgrades twice a year and all customers are on the latest version, while Sage customers must request their upgrades. These upgrades require PS support to ensure their customizations carry over to the new version and have been known to cost over $100k depending on the level of customization. Customers must also choose from a variety of hosting options including via a partner or managed by Sage and hosted on AWS. Only the single-tenant hosting options are market-ready.
